Crawl space encapsulation estimate
Set the size and what you see down there. The slip adds it up as you go, and the second step sends it to us.

About the estimate

Is the ballpark a quote?
No. It adds up our usual rates for the size and the things you ticked. The firm price comes after we’ve been under the house and seen the access, the water and the framing.
How do I find the size?
Use the footprint of the house. For a one-story house, the heated square footage on the Oconee, Pickens or Anderson County tax card is close; for two stories, use the first floor only.
Why does headroom change the price?
Below about two feet, every roll of liner and every seam is done lying flat, which takes longer. Measure from the dirt to the bottom of the floor joists near the access door.
What does the minimum cover?
A small crawl space still takes a crew, a trip and a full set of materials, so encapsulation starts at $2,500 and a barrier-only job at $1,500.
